The technology they use:

Zoho One – I power all our backend systems off of that. Everything from the CRM, task/project management and systems tracking with internal flowcharts, support, web endpoints for automation, forms, email automation and client journeys between email and website outreach (with points for lead actions). It is an absolute powerhouse and is super cheap for what they offer with it. C#/Azure/Docker – We use C# internally as well as Azure for a combination of first step video tasks, automations and AI inspections on the videos themselves both early in the process and doing post processing check steps. (I come from decades of software development background, so I have QA built into the process like I would for software. Really to me the business itself is software with human components. The business is essentially a SASS built as a company.) We will be adding more AI into our process as we go so we can put more of our energy into the creative parts of the work rather than the drudgery that AI can handle for us. Zapier – We are currently in the process of becoming a fully recognized app on Zapier so we will integrate with everything. That way our clients can fully automate their video editing connections with us and their own preferred systems. Dropbox – we use Dropbox with our clients and internally. It is a great way to send and receive files, and it allows me to automate the motion of the videos/parts of videos (like sound) if they need further processing before stitching it all back together at the end. (I think of it like a factory with raw materials flowing through with QA stations, packaging and delivery at the end) Descript – It is helpful for some of the early stage work (filler words and major mistakes mostly). Our transcription team does their work there – you can’t trust automated translations yet. I’ll probably pull all of that work eventually to in-house software, but the pain isn’t high enough yet. Adobe Suite – We use a broad range of Adobe products for the actual work we do – mostly Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effects and sometimes Photoshop and Illustrator. Office 365 – we use that for email and of course the windows suite, but we also use OneDrive with some of our customers for moving files when they request it.

We don't have any tech partners.

This is why they partner with tech:

Other, or We don't partner with anyone.

They choose not to partner with tech when:

It's just a matter of time - we haven't looked into it yet
