The value that Heap provides in the form of saved resources is often a large incentive for Partners. They need to be data driven but it takes a lot of work to manage analytics tools without losing data integrity. Heap eliminates a great deal of that work and makes our partners' jobs easier.
Partners can sell Heap-specific services tied to ongoing optimization projects which means more recurring revenue opportunities.
Partners that refer opportunities that close receive 10% of the first year ARR.
They have access to a dedicated resource (yours truly) and priority support.
Partners in our network are part of an internal directory for the Heap Sales team (pre and post sale) to use when prospects or customers have services needs that Solutions Partners can solve for as a complement to our product.
We're in what I would call a beta with one reseller in LATAM, that model includes giving them a % commission on deals closing and supporting them in servicing the client post-sale. But we haven't closed business with them yet.

We partner with boutique agencies and larger consulting firms to fuel client growth, improve conversion, and guide digital product strategy. The majority of our partners to date are referral partners but 2020 initiatives include investing in more strategic partnerships and enabling our partners to leverage our technology to sell Heap-specific services tied to ongoing optimization projects.
